The payroll system processes all of your paperwork including checks or direct deposit vouchers, W-2s, and tax reports. An easy-to-use Report Writer is included that gives you the ability to create custom reports, including Quarter-to-Date and Year-to-Date earnings and withholdings, Birthday, Anniversary, and EEOC reports.
In addition, RTI Payroll includes some great multi-unit features. For example, Payroll allows you to process each store individually yet consolidate various stores for tax reporting. It also accommodates withholding for employees working in multiple stores or states with different tax rates. Payroll also includes an add-on feature—MyJobToGo—that lets you post your pay stubs and W-2s online.
