RTIconnect Back-Office Software

With that goal in mind, RTI has a dedicated team of support experts with backgrounds in restaurant management and operations, restaurant accounting, help desk support, and advanced technical support.
The RTI support team is located in our corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia, and they have direct access to RTI Development, Quality Assurance, and Management teams to help ensure more complex issues get the attention and resolution they deserve.

Support is available for RTIconnect Back-Office by phone, email, and online. Our normal support hours are:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 am–7 pm EST
- Friday–Sunday: 8:30 am–5 pm EST
Messages left after-hours, on weekends, and on holidays are answered during regular business hours. RTI also provides after-hours emergency support and monitoring on a 24x7 basis.
Online Support Service
From our website, you can launch a remote support session with RTI, in which you enable RTI to establish a one-time, temporary Internet connection to your computer. Your RTIconnect support representative can then view your computer screen and control your keyboard, which helps them troubleshoot and diagnose your issues. Of course, you’ll be able to monitor our support activity throughout the session and can take control of the session or disconnect at any time.
