Educational Financial Assistance
RTI recognizes that some employees want to continue their formal education. To support this, RTI provides educational assistance to all eligible employees. This includes reimbursement for tuition, books and lab fees for any approved career related course in which the employee receives a grade of “A” or “B”.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full-time employees accrue PTO as follows:
- 11 days the first year
- 16 days in years 2–4
- 21 days in years 5–9
- 26 days 10+ years
We observe seven paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.
